WARRANTY
1) Condition Precedent to Warranty: The dealer/purchaser agrees to deliver the product to T.I. Trading B.V. for inspection, at their expense, within one year from the date of sale. The product must not be disassembled or altered without prior approval.
2) Limited One-Year Warranty: T.I. Trading B.V. offers a limited warranty for one year from the date of sale, covering defects in materials or workmanship. Remedies are limited to repair or replacement. T.I. Trading B.V. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
3) Exclusions: The warranty does not cover (a) misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance; (b) alterations; (c) wear and tear; (d) rounded clutch dogs; (e) rental or commercial use; (f) water damage; (g) costs associated with haul-out or storage; or (h) electrical components.
4) Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mobile County, Alabama, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules. Claims for non-payment are not subject to arbitration and must be brought in court in Mobile, Alabama.
5) Entire Agreement: This document is the complete agreement and can only be altered in writing, signed by both parties.
6) Indemnity: The dealer/purchaser agrees to indemnify T.I. Trading B.V. against any claims not covered by this warranty.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
1) Coverage Scope
- Food & Beverages: Typically, no warranty, but consumers/customers can claim refunds or replacements for defective or expired products with a 10% interest.
- Personal Care & Cosmetics: Limited replacement or refund for damaged, defective, or allergic reactions (if specified).
- Household & Cleaning Products: Usually no warranty, but defective packaging or leakage may be eligible for replacement with a 10% interest.
- Consumer Electronics & Appliances: Warranty ranges from 3 to 6 months, covering manufacturing defects but not accidental damage.
2) Warranty Terms
- TI Trading BV shall Cover manufacturing defects but excludes misuse, accidental damage, or wear & tear.
- Some products may have a satisfaction guarantee allowing refunds within a specific period.
- Electronics may have repair, replacement, or refund policies depending on the brand.
3) Claim Process
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is usually required.
- Customers may need to return the product by post or contact customer service free of charge.
- Some brands offer extended warranties upon registration.
TI Trading BV guarantees that all items sold are 100% authentic, based on their manufacturing status (T1 or T2) and origin. Inspections of goods can be conducted at the TI Trading BV warehouse facility in Rotterdam upon confirmation of deposit prepayment. Alternatively, inspections can take place at the final delivery destination. If any defects or damages are found, the items must be returned within three working days of receipt.
